Sharon Walker started this in 2009 by listing our own Bouldin Creek home, the Daniel House, and answering the phone herself. Seventeen years later we manage close to 30 luxury homes across Austin and the Hill Country, chosen for groups: pools, king beds, and big rooms where a whole family ends up in the same place at the end of the night.
We are a small team you can actually reach, and we would rather turn a booking down than put the wrong group in a neighbor's street. That is why venues and planners can hand our name to a couple without a second thought.
No booking is confirmed until our reservations team has spoken with the person booking. It keeps the homes, the neighbors and your reputation safe.
A stager walks every home after the cleaners and before the guests, so the house matches the photos when 20 people pull up on a Friday.
Someone on our team picks up overnight and on weekends. Lost a door code at 11 pm the night before the wedding? That is a two minute call, not a crisis.

The answers planners ask for before they ask
Each home sleeps the number on its listing, and that is the overnight headcount. Every booking is confirmed by a real phone call with our reservations team, so the right people are in the right house.
The wedding party is welcome to get ready at the house the morning of, with hair, makeup and the photographer coming through. Tell us which home is the getting ready house and we will do everything the calendar allows to get you in early.
Most homes have a three night minimum, which is what wedding groups book anyway. Early check in and late checkout depend on whether another group is leaving that morning. If the calendar is open we will say yes, and either way you will know before the weekend, not on the day.
Ceremonies, receptions and parties happen at your venue, not at the house. That is how we keep the neighbors happy and the homes available for the next couple. Quiet hours and a signed guest agreement come with every stay.
Our luxury Sprinter van seats 12 and comes with a driver. Rent it for airport runs, the rehearsal dinner, the wedding itself, or anything else the group needs over the weekend. Ask Genevieve for a quote when you book.
